I came to test drive a used car that was on their website, but they tried to sell me a new car instead, telling me the used car was already sold. After I took a test drive, I had the manager and salesman questioning me before I could get out of there. In my short time at the dealership, I also heard what I thought were some hardcore pressure tactics on customer who was by herself and seemed ignorant of the sales process. ”

I had 3000 mil warranty which they gave with the car but they still refuse to fix the issue even within the warranty miles. I also give them a chance to fix the issue which they said they did but 1 week after driving the car the same issue was their. I pay a lot of money for down payment. I end up taking the car back there and take the license plate off. They ran my credit after taking the car back over 6 times trying to get a second loan and mess my credit up. Also refuse to pay back the money they got for the car to me and the loan bank. I saw other customers complaining when I went thier about other bad car experience they have with them. I have to get an attorney now to help me get justice for what these people put me through from November until present. ”

Sales rep was good and honest and so is the service manager, but all decisions are made by the sales managers which are EXTREMELY shady!!! ”
