Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints. ”

“ I saw an add for a new hummer ev online, called in and spoke to Gia, who was an absolute pleasure, she even went and took a video of the vehicle for me. She then transferred me to Phillip, who was also a a pleasure to work with. Super genuine dude, we came to agreement on price, and went to work on getting the finance finalized. I was in regular contact with Phillip and JB from finance department for two days. Mind you I was driving down from New York all the way to Virginia, to pick up the vehicle. After I took a test drive, I had the manager and salesman questioning me before I could get out of there. In my short time at the dealership, I also heard what I thought were some hardcore pressure tactics on customer who was by herself and seemed ignorant of the sales process. ”

Had a whole bunch of cigarette burns throughout the car. The AC wasn’t working, and when I plugged in my reader, it said that there’s issues with the brakes and steering. All I asked was if they were able to fix these issues. Brian immediately met me with aggression and attitude because I guess I was supposed to buy the car without asking questions. I think it’s really ridiculous because I was really interested in the car and paid $100 round trip from dc to check it out only to be met with One salesman saying one thing and the manager going against it and having a disgusting attitude. ”

We never talked to the same person twice, by phone or text. They couldn't get our name or appointment time right. We confirmed the appointment by text message before getting on the road for a 3 hour trip. The salesperson greeted us and just and next thing we knew, the manager came to us to tell us that the car we came for was sold! Even the salesperson wasn't aware of that. We got there earlier than scheduled and were gone before our actual appointment time. Right at the time of our appointment, we got a call to ask if we were on our way!!! ”
