“ I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints. ”

“ I saw an add for a new hummer ev online, called in and spoke to Gia, who was an absolute pleasure, she even went and took a video of the vehicle for me. She then transferred me to Phillip, who was also a a pleasure to work with. Super genuine dude, we came to agreement on price, and went to work on getting the finance finalized. I was in regular contact with Phillip and JB from finance department for two days. Mind you I was driving down from New York all the way to Virginia, to pick up the vehicle. They were able to do all paperwork remotely, answered any questions I had. Just a super genuine group of people. They had my truck fully changed to 100%, detailed, and washed. I walked in and it took maybe 40 mins to complete the paperwork and I was out the door. Super hospitable and treated us like family. Just want to reiterate the fact that Gia was amazing, she texted me the next morning to make sure I got home back to NY safe. Would 100% recommend. ”

“ In my view, this is a high pressure sales environment. I came to test drive a used car that was on their website, but they tried to sell me a new car instead, telling me the used car was already sold. After I took a test drive, I had the manager and salesman questioning me before I could get out of there. In my short time at the dealership, I also heard what I thought were some hardcore pressure tactics on customer who was by herself and seemed ignorant of the sales process. ”

“ The Sales Staff was very proficient with trying to sell me their Dirty Dinged up 2020 Chevrolet Truck and were great people to work with even though I didn’t buy the truck due to its appearance and scratches and dents that I was told to take care of even though they offered monetary awards for that work ”

“ Had to call dealer directly because they didn’t respond to the carguru notification, but after I reached out it was a quick process even paid for my uber. Only thing I would say is make sure you try to find any issues with the car, I have to spend 1400$ on a SD card that’s affects my navigation system. If that was brought up or negotiated in the price I would have been fine with that, but when I reached out I just got told call Lexus. smooth process overall though also I don’t like fast talking sale tactics with price breakdowns me personally though noticed a couple 100 dollars added on to the msrp price at the final distribution of paperwork. ”

“ Brian the manager has a really aggressive attitude when you point out they’re issues with the vehicle. Went to check 2016 Honda civic ex and the car reeked of cigarettes. Had a whole bunch of cigarette burns throughout the car. The AC wasn’t working, and when I plugged in my reader, it said that there’s issues with the brakes and steering. All I asked was if they were able to fix these issues. Brian immediately met me with aggression and attitude because I guess I was supposed to buy the car without asking questions. I think it’s really ridiculous because I was really interested in the car and paid $100 round trip from dc to check it out only to be met with One salesman saying one thing and the manager going against it and having a disgusting attitude. ”

“ The left doesn't know what the right is doing. Right after we spoke to someone on the phone, another called us not knowing that we just spoke to someone. We never talked to the same person twice, by phone or text. They couldn't get our name or appointment time right. We confirmed the appointment by text message before getting on the road for a 3 hour trip. The salesperson greeted us and just and next thing we knew, the manager came to us to tell us that the car we came for was sold! Even the salesperson wasn't aware of that. We got there earlier than scheduled and were gone before our actual appointment time. Right at the time of our appointment, we got a call to ask if we were on our way!!! ”

“ When it was time to negotiate they wouldn't call me back and blew me off. Kept me in a false loop of hope. Was willing to drive 5 hrs but don't trust them now. My Time is just as important. ”

“ I reached out to them, but they told me that they were not going to sell it that they were wholesaling it. I was just curious why they listed it if they’re not choosing to sell it. ”

“ Had the same problem as the fella in October. Was quoted an out-the-door price on a vehicle. I scheduled an inspection, and insisted that the quote be sent to me in writing. The written Quote was nearly 2K over the verbal quote. I cancelled both the purchase and the inspection. I'm done with this dealer. ”

“ Absolutely operates in bad faith. Conveniently changed their policy on selling cars to out of state buyers in the middle of my sale AFTER I paid a mechanic to inspect the vehicle for me and signed off on the numbers. ”
